
Established in 1993, this program management/enterprise software firm of eighty professionals developed a niche in the design, development and implementation of enterprise systems for multi-billion dollar capital programs. Such programs involve the management of complex information, multiple funding sources, client personnel interaction, organizational issues, project controls and extensive systems integration.
While the firm enjoyed an excellent reputation and had on-going revenue from multiple sites along the East Coast, it had a need to position itself better and to increase its backlog of business in this tough economic market.

- Business Development – Opened new doors for the client focusing on the low-hanging fruit. Appointments were arranged with senior officers of Federal, State and local government agencies, prospects were qualified, presentations were made, and the firm was invited by short-list to submit proposals on billion dollar programs including those involving Obama Administration Recovery Act monies.
- Proposal Generation – Provided an evaluation of proposals submitted, making recommendations for improving same and winning new work.
- Board Meeting – J.S. Barclay was invited to the firm’s Annual Board Meeting, evaluating corporate performance and providing advice and input into the strategic plans of the firm.
- Trade Shows – Represented the firm at trade shows providing staff support at their booth, along with an evaluation of the firm’s participation at the conference.
